Suzanne Rosetti, PCC
Our Founder and Director of Education

Suzanne Rosetti

Suzanne Rosetti is a retired Banking Executive, and former Sales and Service Program Executive for Chevy Chase Bank.  She, along with a team of other coaches, introduced Coaching to all the Chevy Chase Bank employees. She supported, modeled, and championed coaching behaviors through sustainable activities. She led the sales and service performance efforts for the retail Banking Division including coaching activities in her role as the mentor coach for their entire team.

Suzanne has been coaching, mentor coaching, and providing coaching education for more than 25 years.  She is a certified Omega Trainer experienced in curriculum design and implementation.  She is an Emotional Intelligence Expert and certified with Multi Health Systems in Toronto Canada, certified in EQ-i-2.0, EQ-I 360, and EQ-I Organizational Benchmark.

She has written numerous Coaching textbooks and training programs approved and promoted by the International Coach Federation and holds the credential of Professional Certified Coach or PCC and is currently pending Master Certified Coach or MCC accreditation.

Suzanne is recognized as an ICF Accredited Mentor Coach who provides encouragement and accountability to any coaches seeking International Coach Credentials throughout the United States.

In addition to her coaching, training, and mentor coaching experience, Suzanne’s programs are approved for Continuing Education in the State of Florida for Dieticians, Acupuncturists, Nutritionists, and Massage Therapists.

Angela Agresto, PCC
Our President

Angela Agresto

Angela Agresto brings more than twenty years of coaching, mentorship, facilitation, and training experience to Work Life Destinations. She is the owner of Work Life Destinations, Agresto Coaching & Training, Belle Publications and is the founder and board member of multiple coaching mentorship communities of practice. In addition to Angela’s experience as a coach she is an amazing educator who believes that we need to meet people exactly where they are. She intentionally guides them on their learning journey by using techniques and tools that enhance their learning experience based on how they learn best!

As an accredited educator and certified trainer, Angela has used her master facilitation skills to create thousands of custom training workshops for her clients to help their organizations and teams with a variety to topics such as coaching, team coaching, team building, continuous improvement, process improvement, leadership, emotional intelligence, and agility just to name a few.

She created & authored the first-ever interactive training guide series for educators, trainers and facilitators, using the 4Cs Brain Based Instructional Design Model and her experiences as a Certified Trainer for Training from the Back of The Room and Training from the Back of the Room – Virtual Edition.  Angela demonstrates everyday how leadership, mentorship, and motivation inspires continuous personal and professional development in others, permitting them to achieving higher levels of performance and quality and we were thrilled to have her join the Work Life Destinations team in 2023.

Every day, Angela demonstrates how to guide others with authenticity and humility. She empowers future coaches and leaders to create lasting cultural shifts that help them navigate their personal and professional obstacles and challenges as the opportunities they truly are.

In addition to being a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, Angela is an Agile Coach, Advanced Certified Life Coach, and has her Master’s Degree in Business Management and Project Management from the University of Mary. In her free time, she loves to spend time at the lake with her partner and adult children. She is a trauma survivor advocate and loves to read & travel.

Cheryl Neeser, CSP, PAL, Facilitator, Producer and Coach

Cheryl has been a coach for more than twenty years. She has experience working in the Technology Industry with companies like FIS, Merrill-Datasite, Wells Fargo, Cargill and RBC, to name a few. 

In her many roles as a leader, coach, mentor and mother of 4 adult children Cheryl has learned the true value of facilitating amazing conversations. She has learned firsthand how sharing stories can provide color and depth to bland material, allowing people to connect with a message in a deeper, more meaningful and inspirational way. Cheryl looks forward to helping create a wonderful learning experience for you!

In her free time, Cheryl has been an advocate and volunteer for the Minnesota Special Olympics where she coaches multiple sports, such as Bocce, Tennis, Softball & Poly Hockey. In her twenty years with the Special Olympics has taught her how team participation, combined education and leadership programs provide amazing opportunities for lifelong learnings and social engagement that would not otherwise be available to those with special needs.

Marie Bernier, ACC
