Work Life Destinations offers both group mentor coaching packages and individual sessions in one hour increments so that you can choose the right path for you. Our mentor coaches will provide you with the coaching and feedback you seek in a collaborative, appreciative, and mindful process regardless of the path you choose. Are you seeking an experienced professional mentor coach to help you to elevate your coaching skills and build your confidence?
Are you looking for support from a group of accredited professional coaches and ICF Certified Coaching Montors to help you on your ICF credentialing journey?
The purpose of mentor coaching is to provide you with professional assistance in achieving, demonstrating, and elevating the level of your coaching competencies. Mentor coaching will take place over an extended period (minimum of 3 months) to allow you the time to reflect on and practice the feedback received.
As you prepare to apply for your accreditation from the International Coaching Federation you should note that the ICF requires a minimum of 10 hours of mentor coaching to be provided by a Registered Credentialed ICF Mentor Coach. The 10 hours of mentor coaching may be provided one-on-one for a minimum of 3 hours and 7 hours of group coaching over a period of at least 3 months.

Credentialing Information provided by the International Coaching Federation:
Credentialing candidates on the following paths are required to participate in Mentor Coaching prior to submitting their application:
- ACC ACSTH
- ACC Portfolio
- PCC Level 1 / ACSTH
- PCC Portfolio
- MCC Portfolio
ACC RENEWAL
Coaches applying to renew their ACC Credential are required to complete an additional 10 hours of Mentor Coaching above those hours required for their initial credential.
MENTORING COACHING PROGRAM OVERVIEW
Mentor Coaching for Earning the ACC Credential With the International Coaching Federation “ICF”
The Work Life Destination Mentor Coaching Program includes Seven 1-hour Group Coaching Sessions and Three 1-hour One-on-One Mentoring Sessions. Per the ICF, Mentor Coaching must extend beyond a minimum of three months.
During the coach mentoring sessions, you will:
- Deepen Your Connections to The ICF Core Competencies And 8 Coaching Principles
- Enhance Your Active Listening Skills
- Improve Your Communication Skills
- Polish Your Ability To Determine How To Use The Right Question At The Right Time
- Increase Your Confidence As A Coach
- Prepare You For Your ICF Credentialing Application
Enrollment:
After the completion of your enrollment, you will receive a link for the EQi-2.0, EQi-360 or Gallup Strengthsfinder Assessment which will be used to help assess areas of both your strengths and opportunities to help elevate and enhance your coaching and communication skills.
The Work Life Destinations Mentor Coaching Program will fulfill the International Coaching Federation requirements needed for your credentialling application.

MENTOR COACHING PREREQUISITES
- Coaches have completed or are in the process of completing the minimum 60 ICF-accredited coach education hours.
- You are actively coaching.

MENTOR COACHING PROGRAM LOGISTICS
- All Mentor Coaching Group sessions are pre-determined and scheduled as part of a complete package.
- Individual sessions are scheduled directly with the Mentor Coach and are also included in your mentoring package.
- Group size is intentionally limited to no more than 6 coaches to allow more time for in-session engagement and discussions.
